Co-Owner
Adam has 25+ years of training and bodybuilding behind him, with a wealth of experience in both the health and fitness industry, as well as in mechanical engineering. So he’s perfectly placed to keep Muscle World in tip top shape as we bring new life into this historic venue.
He’s now on hand to greet you in club and help you on your training journey in any way he can.

Online Coach
Starting his journey in the fitness industry at 18, Ketan went on to achieve a
BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, giving him a powerful
foundation in the science of training and performance.
With a passion for helping people transform their bodies, Ketan has worked
with clients looking to lose fat, build muscle, and improve performance, as well
as those recovering from injury. He prides himself on integrating science-
based strategies into every program, ensuring each client gets the best
possible outcome for their goals. Whether that’s fat loss, hypertrophy,
